We are proud that 95% of our clients had their ESTA approved the same day. However, an ESTA may take up to 72 hours to process. Before departing, please make sure that your ESTA (which has previously been authorised) is still valid for the trip. Applications for an ESTA can be filed at any point before departure.
Yes - you still need to travel on a valid ESTA, even if all you have to do is pass through an American airport.
No, you are not allowed to study at a U.S. college or university on an ESTA. Once accepted to an institution recognised by the Student and Exchange Visitor Programme, you will need to apply for a F or M visa, just like any citizen of any other nation. Our Customer Care Specialists are happy to assist you in getting your U.S. student visa!
No, you may not work in the U.S. on an ESTA. You need to apply for a U.S. visa, if you want to enter the country for work for pay in the United States, even if your stay is limited to 90 days. Ask our Customer Care Specialists about your alternatives. Attempting to enter the U.S. under false pretences might get you in hot water with immigration officials.
No - you can’t get an ESTA if you already have a valid visa. The only passengers who need to apply for an ESTA travel authorization are those who are entering the U.S. without a visa, by an air or marine carrier, under the Visa Waiver Program.
Unfortunately, you may not be eligible for an ESTA if you visited these countries on or after March 1, 2011.
The length of time it takes to obtain a U.S. visa varies depending on the type of visa you require, where you are applying from, and a number of individual circumstances. Our Custom Care Specialists will map out for you the entire visa application procedure, as quickly as possible, by avoiding frequent mistakes and assisting you in gathering the necessary supporting documentation.
It is up to that particular U.S. embassy's stance on foreign nationals. Typically, if you reside in another nation, you may submit an application there. Even if you don’t reside in that particular country, it could still be feasible; your Custom Care Specialist can explain the requirements for your unique case and how they relate to your particular circumstances.
Yes - the C1 visa (or an ESTA, if you are eligible) must still be requested and approved, even if you simply need to transit through a U.S. airport. Remember that you must provide evidence of your impending departure from the U.S. within the next 29 days after your arrival.
Yes - our Custom Care Specialists have a great deal of expertise applying for student visas on behalf of international students. Please note that you must already have your SEVIS ID and have been admitted to a U.S. college or university of recognised standing, in order to apply.
Yes - we keep a close eye on the schedules of the diplomatic missions, and we can assist you in reserving the earliest appointment available at your local U.S. Embassy or Consulate. Please make sure you paid the MRV before booking an interview.
We can certainly help you ask for an expedited appointment and plead your cause. Please make sure you qualify for any of the following circumstances, which may warrant expedited appointments:
- You are forced to travel because a close member passed away, you have a serious disease, or you were in an accident that put your life in danger and it happened in the U.S.
- You or your underage offspring require immediate medical care.
- Your I-20 or DS-2019 has a later date than the initial appointment time for a visa and you are applying for a student or exchange visitor (F/M/J) visa.
- You have a critical business meeting or conference that you must attend within 10 days of the initial visa appointment.
- Within 10 days after the earliest available interview date, you must travel unexpectedly for a significant cultural, political, journalistic, sports, or economic reason.
- Your ESTA has been rejected, and you are a national of a country that participates in the Visa Waiver Programme.
There are some exceptions to the rule. You won't need to go to an interview if you're under 14 or older than 79. In addition, in some situations, particularly if you are renewing your visa, a face-to-face interview may not be required under the Visa Interview Waiver Programme. You may learn more about the specifications for your particular scenario from your personal Customer Care Specialist.

No. Our methods of payment, as well as the services we offer, are available online. A valid credit card that may be used for foreign transactions is required, in order to pay for our services. Please ask your bank if they can provide you with any additional assistance if you don't have a card.
Yes, you can ask for a refund BEFORE submitting your application for travel documents. Once you make a purchase, you implicitly agree and accept to be bound by the terms of our Return Policy, as well as the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and any other applicable policy or term stated on this website. Your approval for submission of the government paperwork following your purchase will be deemed a renunciation of your right to a refund from that point forward. If your application contains a major error, we will re-submit it on your behalf at no additional expense to you; however a refund will not be given.
Please be aware that the refund procedure might take anywhere from 1 to 10 business days - if you are qualified for one. Please be aware that this period is subject to the rules of your financial institution and the billing cycle for your statement.
Please get a new bank statement and check with your financial institution again if more than 10 working days have elapsed and the funds are still not showing up in your account. They may also help you further if necessary.
Your payment will not show as a refund, if it has been less than 72 hours since the purchase and we have already confirmed that we cancelled your transaction (because we did not charge your account at all). Instead, a void/cancelled payment should appear in your account, and your financial institution will choose how long it takes to complete it. On the other hand, if it has been more than 72 hours since the purchase and we confirmed that the refunded transaction was handled, the payment will display as refunded and will be processed as a credit to your account in the next 1 to 10 business days, depending on your bank statement cycle.
